Why Do My Online Businesses Need Expansion?

January 7, 2010 · Posted in Blogging, SEO, Search Engines, Work From Home · 8 Comments

I have been away for a while, although that is true I’ve been doing the same thing many of you may have been doing over the past course of the months, and that’s building my businesses on a daily basis. Some may find it easy to keep up with the ever changing business world unlike me, however, I look at the small trinkets online to build my business online. These trinkets are blogging networks, blogging networks are just like free web platforms such as, Wordpress.com or Blogger.com in which you could create and build your business around the for people to view. There are a tons of resources to seek through online that you must just take your time, and find out the ones that will have an affect on your business. The good thing about finding the best networks is all of them are leads to attract more and more business for yourself it all depends on your willingness to pull through and stay focus on your goals in the online world when web building. So what are some of the benefits from these Blogging Networks.

The Credibility

One of the most important parts about building businesses online to many people is there name. If you are selling something or providing a service to the public you want them to believe that you are telling the truth about what they are reviewing. It’s important to spread the word about the business you provide because people will see that you are say something important. I don’t care what you are selling online people love it when they see that a business shows openness. Expand the name of your business through all networks because you want to stay branded no matter what. Your name with a wonderful logo on your banner gives off positive credibility for you business. I strongly suggest you make the best examples you can to help others understand what you are offering through your business, and that these are true and real life experiences.

Web Traffic

Remember, the more networks you get connected with the more web traffic you will receive. This part can be a little difficult, nevertheless achievable if you work really hard at it. Monitoring 30 blogging networks can be very hectic which is why you want to spend time on about 4-5 different networks for a couple months a piece. This will relieve the stress of coming up with content to put on your networks. A strategy many people use are finding individuals to write for them on a weekly basis to so the information stays fresh on the blogs created. The cream of the crop is the traffic stemming from the network itself after you’ve finished publishing the blog. When blogs are created from different networks there’s a great chance people from the network will find your published blog. This is free web traffic although un-targeted web traffic you will gain exposure.

Quality Backlinks

When the major search engines spiders other websites they index other outbound links in return become a backlink. This important factor that should be included when building your business for newbies and oldies. When you link from another website or blog this signals the search engines to place your web business somewhere in there search engine. Placing your links throughout your blog networks is very important because that is the only way for your main business to be visited. If you use your unique business name in your link this can instantly claim your spot in the major search engines like Yahoo, Google, or Bing that brings in more traffic to your business. The more link exposure you retain the more better your search results are viewed on high profile public search engines that people use everyday. This is your chance to build authority, by linking out to as many blogging networks you can’t go wrong.

Here are the networks that I use to continue building my new, and old businesses. Some of them are nofollow, however, getting the word out is even more important than just dofollow links. I really never had a problem with nofollow links because I find them all as being of value somehow. Use these blogging networks to your very advantage to spread the brand you are presenting, enjoy!

Flipping Websites – The New Real Estate Online

September 15, 2009 · Posted in Search Engines, Sell Biz, Work At Home Jobs, bing · 17 Comments

For years people would buy property, such as houses, and buildings just to resell them to the public for profit. Back in the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s even the 80s you could buy property so cheap that it wouldn’t take much to own within time. If you could prove that you have the income to buy a $10,000 dollar house to a bank then the house will literally be yours because property was so cheap then. Given time people could actually sell there property for a healthy profit. For a person that is wealthy in those days it wouldn’t cost them nothing to obtain. Real Estate has created billionaires, for example Donald Trump, who owns many Hotels, and property in New York City. Today, real estate has turned virtual, and many are profiting from this new turn in opportunity.

Online real estate is actually called Virtual Real estate. This is a new form of making money only it is you are required to work at home on your computer, office, or beach….home is better though :-) Just like housing real estate, virtual real estate needs to grow, and build into something worth selling. Buying a new domain with an idea, building popularity, Backlinks, content, trust, and proving that it really can make money online takes time. It can be a short time or a long time it all depends on your dedication to make things work.

Buying A Domain

There is nothing to buying a new domain. All you need to know is where to find a great host. I would prefer a host such as, Dreamhost.com because it offers great scripts, such as the famous one button press Wordpress installation. Dedicated hosting is also offered in Dreamhost.com which is awesome if you are expecting tons of web traffic.

Idea/Niche

It will be wise to have a plan on what you will like to present to the web. Whether it’s creating web applications, or offering a video game subscription service. Supplying a need is what the internet is all about. People come online for information so you will definitely find something to give to the world out there worth looking into or supplying a searchable need to individuals.

Build Backinks

If you haven’t figured out the true source of traffic then you don’t understand the magic of the search engines. The search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing are the top search engines you should want to look for major traffic at this time. Following the tips on my later blog post you could find some useful information on finding links, using anchored keyword terms, and search engine optimization for the top search engines out there. Backlinks are the backbone, and very important of a website to succeed in the search engine world. If you can manage to get a few top positions this will guarantee a chance for you to sell you website, but why would you when you are making so much money :-)

Popularity

Popularity works well! Providing something new on the internet, particularly in the tech field specifically, you could create something a company could use, for instance, Google has Feedburner in there arsenal. Someone built it, and Google seen that they really need the software so they bought it from the creators. You don’t necessarily need to be a tech person. You could also be an ordinary blogger that is focused on something needing to the public, such as hand purses. You may attract an audience of women that want to buy hand purses. Once a business sees this huge traffic for demand of hand purses then there’s a close chance they want to buy your virtual real estate.

Prove To Be Profitable

What’s a business if it isn’t making any money right? Before anybody buys your business they want to know if it can profit a significant amount of money. Give yourself a year or two, and see how much you can generate in income from your online business. For instance, if you generate about $500,000 dollars online a year I would sell for $1.5 million. If I make $10,000 a year then I would sell for $30,000. Virtual Real Estate usually sells three times of how much you make a year so I keep it close or less for a reasonable sale.

Where To Sell My Biz

This is the question most people ask all the time, but it’s actually pretty simple. I would go to sitesell.com or Digitalpoint.com. You may have to go through more advanced resources for bigger buyers all depends on the demand and quality of the website you are selling, but they are out there.

Until Then My Friends,
Happy Selling,

Bing or shall I say Bingahoo! Vs Google

August 3, 2009 · Posted in Search Engines, Yahoo, bing, google · 21 Comments

Okay, I have been looking into more news coming in about the new search engine Bing by Microsoft for a month now, and have looked into the features, and I must say it is a great search engine, and provides a better experience than the regular old MSN search engine that Microsoft provided, but in a way it still feels similar. Why does it feel similar? The difference is the new generation web 2.0 integration Bing provides to the search like Twitter. This matters to many people, and a superb move by Microsoft’s Bing. You see, everybody is on Twitter so why not give a person a reason to use your search engine implementing a Twitter experience. I think Microsoft is really starting to understand the social networking community, and now have created somewhat of a better experience.

So what does all this means to you as a work at home entrepreneur. Not many bloggers say this, but it matters a lot to the marketer no matter how you feel the realization is none of us wants to loose out on this grand opportunity to be listed in the Bing search engine. What about my position in Google, and all my visitors that visits my blog through Google? Will I loose them to Bing after all my hard work to position my blog search engine organic results in Google? Believe it or not this have been on many internet marketers minds, and possibilities are endless on the internet. This could be very possible a new beginning in the making. The best thing you could do just in case this happens is to get your readers to subscribe to your RSS reader if you are receiving a huge amount of traffic this will be a smart move.

Honestly, I’m surprised MSN, or Yahoo wasn’t the leader in the beginning due to the fact of the marketing power these two have in their hands. How in the world can you not be #1…..this is an obvious suggestion for any company, but the lack of marketing ideas could be the problem. Convincing individuals to use your search engine isn’t hard, but with uniqueness, and friendly-viral marketing planing you can never go wrong. Think about it , Bing is now commercializing their search engine all over the television now which gets to many Googleholics very quickly to convert over. That’s exactly what they meant when they talked about cutting into Google’s users. Commercializing is in a nutshell, but creative commercializing is better.

Not to mention Yahoo has decided to join Bing on this battle for the #1 search engine’s spot. Yahoo wants in too. Forthcoming Bingahoo! Put these two together and you have a powerhouse waiting to explode. Not too long ago Yahoo had turned down a huge multi-billion dollar buyout deal by Microsoft, but now they have come to terms that they could share the profits, and let Bing’s Microsoft search engine engineers take control, and use Bing’s cutting edge technology to update Yahoo’s technology for the best search engine results. While this is all still in premature stage I think we all should gear up by continuing to link build, and provide more content for our users. Google is a really powerful tool at this time we have learned to adapt to its ways, and could stay that way for a very long time, but remember not to put all your eggs in a bag.

Buying Old Domains To Work At Home! It Works Or Hurts?

July 25, 2009 · Posted in SEO, Search Engines, Work At Home, google · 26 Comments

I have noticed that if you fiddle around online you might bump into some great things. Of course, many people who work at home probably have taken advantage of this tactic already, but it’s still effective today. Buying new domains can be a drag if you don’t know what name you want to choose right away so you quickly think up such a name then register it through some shared web host. Today, I took this old domain registering dilemma serious, and decided to look further into this matter. What I’ve learned is that old domains can be a great value for your SEO efforts.

*EXAMPLE*

Say that I want to target a competitive niche, but I need to register a domain name. So I take the initiative to think about a nifty name. The niche that I’m targeting is “baby food”. While thinking very hard I still haven’t come up with a name. So, I decide to look for a old expired domain name that at least contains those two keywords. After looking very hard for a old related domain I find a great domain that fits my criteria “thebestbabyfood.com”. I notice that this domain has a little value attached to it so I look in deeper, and this is what I find:

Pagerank

The pagerank isn’t high at all. Although it’s just a PR2 that means it has value in it. Even though Google will favor a website for it’s keyword with a PR0 it doesn’t alter the fact Google is shading this domain in green.

Keywords

The keywords of the domain could be possibly linking to other websites with the same keywords which means all you have to do is continue using those keywords for your backlink strategy((this is why I said search for a old domain with the keywords you want to rank for because more likely the ex-owner could have been using the keywords of the domain name to link from different websites)). For old domains you still can use a backlink tool and check the anchored links that are linking to that domain. The theory is Google favors old domains in a particular target niche which are ranked higher than new domains.

Check The Google SERP

Old domains with value often has indexed search engine pages which is A+ for you. All you have to do is type in the full domain name inside the Google search engine and view how many pages have been indexed for that domain name. A very good old domain with value has over 10,000 pages indexed already which means this domain is just waiting to be used for a useful purpose.

Age

Just like I said before, Google loves old age so let’s look at the age of the domain. If the domain is over 2 years old then you are in good shape. Add content to this domain which would more likely be a blog.

So what is the purpose to buy old domains for? To get inside the search engines quicker for your keywords because it works. I always stressed on starting a free blogger.com blog because Google obviously favors there own network, and the blogger network has been around for a couple years now, and SEO is pretty much easier with their platform. What do you guys and girls think on this “Old Domain” matter?

From Legitimate Work At Home Jobs To Home Based Business

Something intrigues a person before they step there foot in the door in search for a home based business opportunity. Before you even start searching for wealth online, a gap in your life is missing that you want to cover up or even achieve. Think about what pushes you to even start a work at home opportunity online. Is it the money, people, freedom, or even the fame. The average person feels unsettled about staying home to make money when others feel captivated. Why? Because change can be very hard at times, especially if you are use to living your life with just enough to get by. The human mind only sees what it’s use to transmitting in everyday life. So there’s a clause between what’s real, and what’s reality in many cases reality sometimes turn out to look bad, but that’s not always the case.

Before I launched my blogs online I looked into legitimate work at home jobs for money. I was a really quite person at work that pretty much kept to myself so I had all the time to myself to think about what I wanted. I grew tired of looking for job after job because of layoffs. I knew I wanted to own a business, but resources were hard to come by besides I had no business skills anyways at such an young age, but motivation can take you a long ways. The internet was something I was accustomed to, but never knew that you could profit from doing small things over the internet. One day I was checking my Yahoo mail, and decided to check my “SPAM” folder of course I never opened any of the mail, but I was curious why everybody hated SPAM email so much.

When I opened up a piece of email I read this long piece of electronic email that was sent out by a guy who was this huge well-known guru(who is legendary now, and made $40,000,000 in a very short time)online that made hundreds of thousands of dollars a month while working in his basement. When a average person hear things like that they go crazy like I did of course. The email was all about building a huge list of targeted prospects by having them subscribe to your emails, after the product is reviewed by the individual the prospect may buy whatever you are offering via internet. The surprising thing about the whole ordeal is these were mainly information products. The “Information Age” was the time when “how to” products were sold drastically over the internet, and people made a killing in this field in the beginning of 2001-2007. So, what did I do about it? Well, just like everybody else who wants to know the secrets I bought into it. Yes, it was worth the $75 dollars I put into it now that I see how it truly worked, but I failed miserably because I didn’t take full advantage of the information.

Accomplishing nothing much online I decided to look further into work at home jobs. I decided to sign up with SFI affiliate program, and give them a try. SFI was truly a gym for people looking for legitimate work at home jobs because it really paid out commissions to it’s affiliates based on what you sold you get a percentage of that. Sometimes the company ran a money pool for profits which was really cool, but I decided I wanted more so I went on a massive scale search, and ran into NONI Juice. (Laughing) The main reason I gave those guys a shot was because the commissions were huge. At $100 dollars a pop you can’t beat that, especially if they are offering you a free “AFFILIATE” website to distribute there products on right. The only problem I had with this was everybody had the same affiliate website. The answer to this problem that no one knew at the time was you must have a targeted group to sell to.

Then came the search engine giants. Yahoo among all of them was the best search engine at the time of 2004 because of it’s savvy commercial advertising. You probably remember that commercial on television “YYYYAAAAHHHHOOOOO!” With targeted keyword search, buyers, and sellers are now able to build a profitable home based business online without the hassle of cold calling, and offline offering. For me, and other entrepreneurs, this made total sense to use this as a opportunity to build a true home based business. Sooner or later Google search engine took the crown, and made search online a prominent picture for individuals to truly search for information, and for us to provide.

Unique IP Class C Backlinks For Work At Home Bloggers

So many of you know me as a researcher over the internet about marketing. I work at home part-time, but I have began to gain a little experience in the search engine’s SEO game. Recently we talked about linking to Do-Follow blogs for backlinks using your anchored text. It gives the search engines a statistical reason to put your blog on the first page which brought me to a new theory of mine. Most bloggers who make a living online playing the search engine optimizing game probably already know this little known tactic if effective which I think really is.

Okay, for some time now I have been keeping track of my backlinks using a free SEO tool that I use to check for how many backlinks is being accounted for my blog. For example, how many blogs or websites are linking to me in all. I check my blog with this tool every other week to see how much i progress from my link building venture over the week or so. I have noticed that even though I link to a do-follow blog with 3000 post, and nice Google PR, it probably doesn’t matter as much. Say that someone has a Do-Follow blog with 10,000 published articles, and (PR) pagerank of 7. That sounds like you would love to set your blog’s anchored keyword text link on their homepage right? That means you could gain 10,000 published article backlinks just from linking to that blog’s homepage.

Here’s my theory, no matter how many links you gain from linking to that blog Google will still count that as one backlink. Why? Because that blog was registered under only one unique IP address AKA “computer” which is accounted as one backlink to any blog or website that links to that blog according to Google, but just like I said that is my theory that I follow. Of course you may gain a little authority for retrieving so many backlinks from one blog/website I still say it’s not enough at all to make it on first page. So what should us work from home bloggers do to push our blogs up in the search engines, and make each link count? What I do is leave 2 comments on at least two blog post for each Do-Follow blog I visit to make sure they are accounted for that unique IP address.

Now, go to many other Do-Follow blogs and leave real comments on each Do-Follow blog. You will gain a ton of backlinks sooner or later. Usually, I comment on 20 different blogs a day its all up to you. Remember, these are unique class C IP addresses websites/blogs. Each blog post accounts for only one backlink, although you link to the front page of that blog, and you gain one million backlinks it’s still only one backlink that you have gained because it’s only one website, and unique IP address. How many do you need to reach the front page of Google? I’d would say at least over 500-700 unique class C IP address websites/blogs using rich keyword anchored text links. Remember, this is my little theory, but I think it’s authentic enough to keep in mind.

The backlink SEO tool I have been using is a gem in my opinion, and has helped me on this little investigation of linking to the front page of Google’s SERP. I hope you use it in your SEO efforts if you want to now how many actual websites/blogs are linking to you with a unique class C IP address. Remember, this little tool counts only one website/blog you are receiving. It doesn’t gives you a ton of backlinks from that 1 blog, but that website. So, instead of receiving information on 3,000,000 backlinks from linking on the front page of blogs/websites, you will receive info on each “one” blog/website you gained a that you linked from which may average around 50-100 all depends on how many blogs you commented on how many websites you are linked to. I will be posting more soon, cheers :-) !

*Please Read Before Using This Tool*

Backlink Analyzer Tool – You may have used this backlink tool before. If you haven’t then you will have to be patient when using this tool. All depends how Google, Yahoo, MSN search engines sees your website’s url you need to either use these formats: “www.yourwebsite.com” or “yourwebsite.com”. In other words, sometimes the search engine doesn’t see the “www” acronym so please check the Google search engine results by typing in your URL for your correct URL because this is what Google sees in their index, then use that particular URL for to check you backlink status. Do not use “http://” in the tool. Only the “www” format or just your url name then .com. This tool doesn’t show the anchored text for your backlinks, of course we already know the anchored keyword that should be linked to each blog that’s listed on this tool once we get the results. It takes about one minute for results, and it shows up to 250-1000 linked blogs/websites including unique class C IP address results.

Work At Home – Use Do-Follow Blogs For SEO

I should have explained this little known secret….well not “secret” because search engine optimizers have been using this method for a very long time, and I should have posted this a long time ago on this blog. Individuals who work at home that uses SEO for targeted traffic by now understands to get a blog ranking into the Google, Yahoo, and MSN search engine results pages you need backlinks. Although I recommend anchored backlinks to any kind of appropriate blog I would suggest that you use Do-Follow blogs, but No-Follow blogs are okay too. It’s just these are two different kind of linking structures, and I will explain that to you now.

NO-FOLLOW BLOGS

The no-follow attribute is basically a piece of code that bloggers use that is pasted onto a section of html source of there website or blog. This is done so Google will not count the blogs or websites linking onto there blogs meaning your link will not be accounted for a PR(Google PageRank) from linking onto there blog. For example, when you leave a comment on a blog that you visit it will not be followed by Google for a pagerank 1-10 update. Granted, I don’t know how true this may be because I link from anywhere other than un-appropriate websites or blogs with anchored text links. The reason some bloggers use the no-follow attribute is because it is known that too much links on a blog can cause a blog to:

-Loose Google PageRank(PR), or downgraded (PR)
-Get De-listed By Google
-Loose Link Juice

I can support this matter isn’t so true! I have found many blogs that has over 100 links on there blogs, but the Google PR is really high, and standing. I’m not saying you should place over 100 links on your blog it’s just I have noticed a possible faulty trend going around. Keep in mind these are not blogs, but websites. I could be wrong, but the eyes don’t lie at all.

Al Daily PR – 8
Ref Desk PR – 8

My intent is not to expose these websites. Only to show you that linking to other websites with high Google pagerank obviously covers the fact that even though they obviously have tons of links on there websites they can still obtain a really high pagerank and not loose it. This totally defies what is being said over the internet about the rules in a way. Who knows maybe Google loves websites better than blogs which is why they grade websites with a really high PR, and allow them to carry so many links without it loosing it’s high PR status. Anyhow, it is inevitable we just need to build wonderful blogs. It has to be Linking authority! :-)

Do-Follow Blogs

So what are do-follow blogs? Bloggers set there blog HTML code to do-follow which allows you to get a quality backlink back to their blog or website. It’s time to target do-follow blogs, these are the blogs that gives your blog value in the search engines. It matters to link to these type of blogs because it tells the Google search engines to index you for whatever keyword that you are trying to rank for. What we do is leave “real comments” on tons of these do-follow blogs to receive a link back to our website which are called quality backlinks. The problem people have when commenting on any kind of blog is the spam filters. Sometimes when you make a comment on any kind of blog post you may be interrupted by a spam filter which looks something like this “http://www.XXXXXXX.com/wp-comments-post.php” with a blank white page. Just go to the next do-follow blogs because it may take some time for those type of blogs to take more comments. Only the ones who have commented before will be able to leave a comment on those kind of blogs.

Normally, all it would take is about 500-600 quality backlinks from different do-follow blogs to reach a really high position possibly front page on Google search engine for your keyword. I suggest two keyword phrases or more to try and rank for at least the 2nd or 3rd page. Just like I said before, as long as you are ranking in the search engine results pages for your keywords then you are achieving what many have been trying for years. One-word keywords are really hard to rank for so target two-keyword phrases or more. Overall, we have plenty of time to do things like linking so set a goal and achieve that goal. The internet is mainly about making money most of the time, and you are in the right position to take advantage of this if you have read this far.

Here is a list of blogs that caters Do-Follow blogs, enjoy.

Do-Follow Diver – This is a search engine that has over 700 blogs inside. I suggest you get over there and make use of these guys. A real gem!

Do-Follow Search Engine – Over 300 Do-Follow blogs listed!

Grizzly List Blogging Networks For You To Build!

Remember, you have “The Will To Build” so let’s start building!

You Don’t Need A Google Pagerank 10 Blog To Rank #1 On Google Search Engine

Okay, having a blog that has a high Google ranking is really cool, but it doesn’t “have to be” a PR 6,7,8,9,10 in order to be #1 for your keywords. For instance, my blog ranks for my keyword not #1 yet, but can possibly be in time and I don’t have a high Google pagerank which pageranks 3 at the time. The thing is I created this blog at the beginning of January 2009 of 4 months, and I’m seeing progress already. If you want to know how I did this just read my blog post. Gurus claim that it takes years in order to get to the top of Google search engine to rank for your keywords, but they are totally “WRONG”! All it takes is dedication and what I call, “The Will To Build”. Why do I say pageranking is really not a big deal? I study many websites and blogs, although I’m not a expert I have noticed many blogs and websites ranking really high for:

- Misspelled, and incorrect punctuation, like me at times :-)

- Google pageranks around #2

- Outdated Information On Blog

- A review “website” that doesn’t help at all.

- The Blog/Website have no design, but plain like mines

You can’t blame these individuals for ranking so high in Google search engine all they had was “The Will To Build”. No need for a high Google pagerank for them to get on page #1 for Google Search Engine. All it took was a little SEO, and link building which I explain here in my blog.

However, in many cases having a high Google page rank can be very beneficial to your business in Google search engine. Say that you have a Blog that has a pagerank of #7, you can manopolize on your blog post efforts very well, and rank in the search engine. It’s amazing because Google ranks blog post for the targeted keyword pretty fast for blogs that has a nice pagerank without any kind of backlinks from the blog post other than the main blog itself you can rank for any kind of keyword in a matter of weeks of posting is awesome for your business. That’s why I stress on many of my other blogs to try an get a really high Google Pagerank on your URL name at least, for instance, www.yourname.com, then you could post about anything, and rank really high for that post on Google for that keyword. I would say it will possibly rank for that targeted keyword within days of posting if the Google SERP(search engine results pages) are around 20,000,000 – 75,000,000 indexed pages. The important thing for you to do is to rank for the keyword in Google SERP don’t worry that it’s not number #1 at the moment. After your post has started to rank for the keyword that is when you should start building anchored link text backlinks for that post.

Remember, you don’t have to register a www.yourname.com, and it don’t have to be your name. It could be something totally different. I tell people to use their name for URL because your name has value and means something just like big businesses like Mazda, Toyota, Macy’s, Wal-Mart are part names and are branded so use it. You don’t have to sign up for hosting for a blog neither because you can register a free blog at blogger.com or Wordpress.com. I pay for my domains because I could do anything I want with it from the inside like uploading templates which I rarely do at the time, but if you want to register a domain I can show you some plugins that I use for myself. Have any more suggestions? Don’t be shy leave a comment.

Twitter Is Good For Work At Home Businesses

May 24, 2009 · Posted in Blogging, Search Engines, Work From Home · 30 Comments

Twitter, I can not get into it the way I want to, but I know for a fact that this is the way to go for people who wants to work at home. Twitter is a simple platform for users to keep in touch with each other. Similar to the old fashioned chat box routine in my opinion, but so much more added to a old kind of 90s way of keeping in touch with people we know. Getting into the groove is a problem for many marketers online because we aren’t known names on the internet so it’s almost impossible to attract others to follow you and grow a list.

Suddenly, I started to wonder how in the heck do we break into this “NEW” software also known as Twitter. I decided to view the platform a little bit more, and I noticed something of value. They have a little search engine for twitters to search by typing and searching targeted keywords. Once you type in the keywords you can see a whole list of twitters tweets on targeted keywords from relevant conversations. For instance, I want to search “car loans”. I type it in the Twitter search bar and it gives me a whole list of updates pertaining that keyword from people tweeting on that subject.

Knowing this is “GOLD” because now you can follow people that has the same interest as you. More likely they will follow you back which will gradually grow your follow list overtime.
